A Touch of Spring

Went through my stash of pattened papers and decided it was time I used up some "scraps". Here is my first card with a bold colour for the year.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
 CASual Fridays where the theme is to make a project using no stamps
 Simon Says Stamp Blog where the theme is Spring or Easter
Addicted to CAS where the code word is Spring

Materials: My Memories scrapbook paper, Twinkling H2o's, cardstock, ribbon, brads, paper flowers & ribbon from stash.
