 Hello There,

Hoping to start publishing again in the near future - its been a while - 5 years!!!

New house, new man, new craft room - almost set up - started creating again... feels good.

Hope everyone is staying safe & well - Mxxx

Musk & Chocolate

I think the dp used here is Musk Stick pink & chocolate - Musk Sticks were lollies you could get here in Australia years ago,,,, but my sister Cathy [cathyscardspot] said pink & grey when she saw them!!
Either way these cards are very sweet - and in a huge coincidence the dp is actually french inspired when you look really closely at them so it is very prophetic that I created them in the week that was again entrenched in the idiocy of destroying human lives for no good reason except we are all different!!!

Free Bo Bunny "Isabella" DP from a magazine - Stampin Up Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set for the rose and stamped sentiment & Happy Birthday sentiment sticker.

Bo Bunny "Isabella" DP received free with a magazine, Old butterfly stamp and white ink, Butterfly die, Happy Birthday sentiment sticker,

Am enjoying my little foray into creating cards again - and hope to be doing it more soon...

Thanks for stopping by... Mxxx

A little bit of inspiration !!!

Was out and about with my sister Cathy [Cathyscardspot] and a good friend and they got me looking at my stash wistfully - as I am moving house soon I thought it was time I did something... and here they are - 2 little cards!!

DP snaffled from my sister, ribbons from the shoulder of clothes, and sentiment stickers!!

Top portion of card is FP free from a magazine, ribbon from the shoulders of clothes, bottom half inked and stamped in pinks/reds, liquid pearls for flower centres, a silk flower and a giant brad, sentiment stickers!!

Well that was fun !!

1 year old birthday

Was asked to create a colourful card for a 1 year old... well I didnt want to go the "baby" card route so this is what I came up with...

An unusual name [by our standards maybe] but they loved the card...

I used a Stampin Up dots ef and coloured them with Twinkling H20's die cut letters and circles...

A little stencil fun...

My sister Cathy [Cathyscardspot] and I went to a local photographic and craft shop and did a stencil class with the following card as a result...

It was quite an enjoyable class - only 8 of us and we learnt a bit.... we did make some other stuff to create a card but we didnt get it finished... it is sitting around on my desk somewhere LOL...

If you want to see some amazing greeting cards - head on over to my sisters blog on the above link... she is so creative and an inspiration - and the butterfly queen in my eyes...

A couple of Stampin Up creations

Made at a card party with girlfriends - these two creations were the designs of Helen Dennien - our Stampin Up rep....

I loved making these - and I always change something so they are not exactly like everyone elses...

Just love the colours on the bottom card ...

She's Back...

I just don't believe it... a friend who creates websites had a look at blogger and publishing pics etc - and guess what - it wouldnt work because I was on internet explorer and not chrome... DOH!!!

So even though I haven't been very creative of late - I can now publish the cards I have made so far for the year.....

This was made for a friend - there were 10 made in total - his friends helped him manage getting around with a broken ankle...

Really basic and simple - Thank You die cut and stickers with a bit of black card on a white background... he loved them....

Mxxx

Thankyou

I have been trying to publish a few cards over the last week - but for some reason Blogger wont let my pics upload - so unfortunately it just isn't happening.

If anyone has any advice for me would be appreciated - otherwise I wont be able to do anything.

Cheers
