Materials used: Lavendar background paper from officeworks years ago, Color Me tag by HOTP coloured with Tin Holtz spun sugar and milled lavender distress inks, glitter paper & glimmer paper for the flower - die cut with Cheery Lyn Design stacking flower die, bling, base cardstock and stickers from stash.
EDIT: The background paper was bought as it is already embossed - wish I had a folder for it....
I am linking up to the following challenges with this creation
Cuttlebug Mania - make your own flowers by hand or die cut on a manual machine - I used cuttlebug to cut my dies
CASology - the theme is NEON - the spun sugar on the tag is really really bright IRL I hope this qualifies...
