A really quick photo filled turn around this week - Pop on over to Julia Dunnits Stamping Ground for all the goss
No crafting due to Eliza House stuff - Gary has been flat out with tiling, grouting, flat packing etc
- its now Thursday! Here is my desk right now...
Gary made me breakfast - pumpkin seed rolls with Bacon, Cheese & Tomato - Yum
Here is more photos of the Eliza House project
We decided to use the same tiles on the splash back as the floor and they look fabulous
Vanity in the bathroom
The work has progressed now to the point where movers came on Wednesday to relocate most of Eliza's belongings - but as both of us have had a really bad cold she is still with us for a few more days - packing clothes and kitchen stuff.
Promise - next lot of photos will be the finished result 😎
And good news this time from the family in Kent - Gary's parents did get covid but very mild due to them being fully vaccinated. His Nephew is ok - apparently still able to work - at a distance.
I wanted to share one photo from the wedding - the stunning dress
I hope you are all safe and well
Have a great week
Cheers

ReplyDeleteOh Maurs, what an absolutely stunning wedding dress... It looks like the tail of a white peacock! So beautiful, so elegant. Work seems to be progressing very well on the house. I love the floor tiles for the splashback. It reminds me that when we had our little walk-in pantry made, they couldn't get more than one large panel for the door (our kitchen has now been discontinued) and they needed part of another to fill in the gap at the side. I suggested using some of the left-over laminate flooring, and it looks amazing! So floor coverings can definitely be used on walls!
ReplyDeleteHappy belated WOYWW,
