Purple Birthday Wishes

Another purple birthday card - but I am using up some snippets...
The card  is a medium purple colour with a lighter shade of purple in a shimmer paper...
it looks grey on grey on my screen!!

Materials used: Stampin up Beautiful Wings die, Framelets label collection die, Elegant lines ef, Birthday Wishes stamp, cardstock paper & bling from stash, versacube violet ink & clear ep.

I am linking this creation up with the following challenges:
Pixies Crafty Workshop has some amazing prizes this week in the Snippets Playground - so this will be my first of 3 entries...

Sister Act Card Challenge - sharing creativity

Thanks for stopping by... Mxx

PS: I have noticed on my jaunts around the blogosphere that there are a number of Anonymous comments being posted usually saying they like the website design - they end with "feel free to visit my page" or some such - I may be wrong but I would advise that no-one click on their links 'cos it looks very suspicious to me xx

  2. Am loving your card in purple and rather like the shape of the nestie you have used. Good advice on the anonymous posts. I do not allow these on my blog. It saves a lot of hassle. Hugs Mrs A.

  3. Brilliant card Maureen - it's really elegant.

I'm with Mrs A, I have my blog set so that anonymous comments can't be left. This has also stopped spam (totally) and those comments which urge you to visit a decidedly 'fishy' looking website.

Ha, ha - I bet you'll be back - the Playground is very busy already!

    Hugs, Di xx

  5. Hi Maudie (or is it Maureen?). I think this little beauty is just most elegant. The soft sheen of the paper coordinated so well with the EF you used. All those lovely diecuts framing the sentiment, and the little extra touch of the butterfly...great card. Loved it. And yes, on the anonymous comments..I've got my setting to off (I think!) I don't follow any link unless I'm sort of sure where it's headed & who sent it to me. We're still 'circling' each other I think. I hope somebody can explain how those google circles work to me one of these days!!! TFS & Hugs.
