Red Sparkle Tag

White base card with scallopped edge, Stampin Up striped tag, Creative Expressions sentiment die using gold paper, Heart Dandelion die - unknown, and a big bit of bling from my stash.

I think this could be Birthday or Christmas 😀 I have already sent it to someone along with a few Christmas cards for them to use this year. 

I am adding this creation to  CHNC Challenge 219  where its Christmas all year round 😀
