Hero Flower Garden

Hi there - thanks for visiting - my sister just left this morning after a visit - love having her around - so much enthusiasm for stocking up on craft supplies and blogging it spurs me on....

Of course I borrowed some of her stash while she was here and visa versa... and Cathy owns my favourite Hero Arts stamp - so I am able to enter this weeks challenge over at
 A Blog Named Hero...

I love colouring the image in different inks, stamping it out and embossing with sparkle ep - it just doesn't photograph with all the sparkle it deserves as the shimmery embossing really looks fabulous...

Materials Used: Hero Arts Flower Garden cling stamp, Emboss it pens and versa colour cube inks, sparkle embossing powder, silver border and sentiment stickers, base card and snippets of yellow card from stash

I am linking up to the following challenges with this creation

A Blog Named Hero challenge #27 - use your favourite Hero Art stamp

Make It Monday - sharing creativity

Pixies Crafty Snippets Playground - slippin' & slidin' into the paddle pool with my sis...

Simon Says Stamp and Show - use a little stamping on your project

Word Art Wednesday - Anything Goes

Thanks for stopping by... Mxx

  2. Absolutely gorgeous Maureen! Love the bright colours and the way you coloured that beautiful stamp with different ones then embossed it so beautifully. Stunning.

You're so lucky to have a sister to share and play with - even if she left you alone in the Playground earlier!

    Hugs, Di xx

  7. Hi Maureen, I can quite see why you love that gorgeous stamp and I like the colours you have used - very bright and zingy. It is a shame about the glitter not showing in the photo but that is often the way of it I find. I try all sorts of angles and still the bling doesn't show up well ... c'est la vie! Elizabeth xx

  8. Another great image (lucky you to have a Sis to visit with and share your goodies! Doubles your stash when you can enjoy doing this, not to mention the good fellowship between the 2 of you). Loved the bright posies...it looked just like a summer flower garden. Your yellow background was so perfect with all your colors. TFS
